We have stitched together a hike on Knox Mountain that we call the Kathleen Hill Loop. It takes about an hour when carrying your little one and burns approximately 500 calories because of it's steep pitches. It's great hike when you're short on time but want to get a great workout.
We just did that with Thun and Alisha plus we added a couple more segments to extend it to the top. Minus the blister, it was a great hike on a beautiful day.
